About IZIM

IZIM delivers IoT, ICT, and E-Commerce solutions, including scalable cloud services and end-to-end e-commerce enablement (turnkey solutions, B2B support, product sourcing, listing, and optimization).

Role Overview

You’ll drive new business and revenue growth across IZIM’s service portfolio—consultatively selling to SMEs and enterprises, shaping solutions from discovery through close, and nurturing long-term client relationships. This role is commission-based with earnings tied to deals closed.


Key Responsibilities

- Pipeline & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities across IoT, ICT/cloud, and e-commerce enablement; build a balanced pipeline through outbound, networking, and partnerships.

- Consultative Selling: Lead discovery, scope client challenges, and position IZIM offerings (cloud/ICT services, IoT initiatives, marketplace setup & optimization.

- Solution Design & Proposals: Coordinate with technical/ops to craft proposals, pricing, and implementation plans aligned to client ROI.

- Deal Management: Own the full sales cycle—presentations, demos, negotiations, closing, and handover to delivery.

- Account Growth: Upsell/cross-sell adjacent services; maintain high client satisfaction and referenceability.

- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity and client feedback to inform messaging and offers.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of B2B sales (technology/services preferred: cloud/ICT, IoT, or e-commerce).

Proven record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in commission-driven environments.

Strong discovery, solution framing, and negotiation skills; executive-level communication.

Comfortable with CRMs, basic sales analytics, and structured pipeline management.

Nice to have: familiarity with marketplace listing/optimization and/or talent head-hunting.


KPI Targets (examples)

- Qualified meetings set & show rate

- Proposal volume and win rate

- New monthly recurring revenue (MRR) / total contract value (TCV)

Compensation

- Commission-based compensation; tiered commissions tied to closed revenue and timely collections.

- Performance bonuses for exceeding quarterly targets. (Percentages to be finalized at offer stage.)
